Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I cannot make the trip to Paris due to the Pandemic in 2020, but i have rebooked my trip to Paris for 2021. Napoleon Tours refuses to offer a credit towards my trip in 2021 and refuses to offer a refund!! I had booked the Private Orsay Museum 2 hour guided tour for my family. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our family of five had the best museum experience because of our tour guide, Muarizio. He was energetic, personable , full of art history knowledge and guided us through this fabulous museum with interesting facts, stories, and perspectives.
We all enjoyed his grasp of art, the importance of this museum and his transitions from pieces and artists. He engaged us, asked questions, focused on our interests and left us all wanting more ART in our lives. Merci beaucoup, Maurizio. We will be back!

We used this tour to go to the Orsay. I wanted someone to show me where the hot pieces were located. This was more like an art class. Saw a lot of pieces that weren't that important to me.

We booked Napoleon Tour because it is a personal tour for our family of four. Though it is called a personal tour but the time is fixed at 10am on certain days of the week and for two hours in Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle. We still chose it because other tours are 3 or 4 hours and this tour for 4 of us only took 2 hours. The tour route was efficient; we saw a lot in 2 hours and the guide explained history, architecture and point out many interesting features which we would not know if we tour by ourselves. His English is good. We recommend this tour to small groups who wish to efficiently use their limited time in Paris.

We visited Paris two times and both times attempted to locate Napoleon I, the former Emperor of France final resting place. In French his name is pronounced NAp O Leon and we inquired as to the Tomb's location from Police, ,local Citizens and even took a cab to his alleged resting place not realizing the drop off point was around the back of his and other French leaders final resting place. We accidentally came in thought the back of an Old Soldiers Home and one of them took us by the hand and escorted us through the back of a small Chapel and into the center of the hall VIA a back door where we entered free of admission. It was well worth the intense search and we spend about an hour inside the Dome.

We absolutely loved this tour with Natalie! She was so knowledgeable, fun, and the Marais area had so many interesting buildings, areas, and stories all with their own mystery and charm. This tour was so well organized and seemed to fly by, although we moved at a very comfortable pace. For us, our guide, Natalie really made the tour come alive and she was a highlight within a beautiful area of Paris as she shared her passion and stories about Le Marais. Thank you for a great experience Natalie!

The architect of the place is amazing! A must visit! It doesn't take a lot of time to tour in. You can see Napoleon's tomb and the greatness of everything in there!

My sister and I stayed at this stunning hotel January 2016. Before going I emailed the hotel and asked could I get an upgrade or even a room with a view (arc de triumphe) is up the street, it was my sisters birthday the week before we went. Well on arrival we where greeted so warmly and escorted to our upgraded room (yay) with a wonderful birds eye view of one of the best sites in Paris, a complementary bottle of champagne and biscuits also in the room.
We where so touched by this lovely gesture, it was so kind!
The breakfast was lovely great selection, staff all very friendly and the place is spotless.
I can't say a bad word about this hotel it was the best 3 days ever and the hotel is so central , I can't recommend this hotel enough. Beautiful, luxury surroundings and top class service!!
Thanks so much Napoleon x

This is a short visit, maybe 20 minutes or less, but it is worth the time. You can see Napoleon’s sarcophagus. The room is immense and the dome is quite a sight. There is a chapel there too that does not disappoint. I would recommend making a visit. Photography is allowed.

Napoleons tomb place! Les invalided is a beautiful peaceful place! It's a small not crowded place. As soon as you walk in you will be taken away by it beauty! The sculptures, the tomb is located on the lower lever and it's huge! Around it are sculptures pictures.. It's a must see! You will love it and the lines are not long. It was part of our Paris pass and kids under age of 12 are free. Enjoy it we sure did!

Hi, has anyone used Naploleon tours recently? What was your experience? I was thinking of booking a tour about Marquis De Lafayette through History Guided tours, and I am wondering if they are the same as Napoleon tours. The website is unclear, and I can' t find anything about History company. Thanks!
