We went there with friends for a reunion. The cocktails were really small with a high price. The environment was not so good because of the smoke that was coming inside. The waiters were not nice at all. Not to go...

Hello Filippo, We are sorry for this bad experience. At what time did you come ? And what was your drink ?

Incredible music, and a really fun spot to spend a night if you're into jazz music. Sure, service is not great, but who cares?

Always good professional jazz musicians here, what a joy! Small place upstairs so come on time. However, we arrived at 21:00, waited until 21:30 (time official start), started actually just before 22:00 :-( Drinks expensive upstairs (other prices!?) Bartender was very rude from the beginning. Not helpful and rude. Seems like his phone is more important than the customers. Instead of coming up to you he nods from a distance, even when it's not busy at all. A no go unfortunately.....

The Baiser Salé is one of these places known mostly from musicians and jazz afficionados. Every Monday, there is a jam session where the best musicians on the Parisian scene come to play. It's also a bar.

I kept going back again and again. Brilliant musicians and the jazz was loud and HOT HOT HOT. No entry fee. Pay for drinks. Reasonably priced. Young Parisian clientele. This joint rocks!
