This is a really fun place for an unpretentious night out in Paris. We only had time for a drink, but they let us watch the soundcheck anyway, and the bar was buzzing with a real mix of people, all having a great time. Definitely want to see a show there on my next visit

I ran into this place by chance and met the nicest people outside and ended up spending the night there watching the open mic night. I really like the layout, with a little pub downstairs and plenty of seating upstairs...then down...down...to the basement music venue. I really fell in love with the place. If you're in Paris and want to... More

I just went a couple nights ago with a friend to meet others. It was a Saturday night... by 10/11 the place was packed which added to the charm in some ways. The drinks were fine- I had a few shots, a bottle of hard cider and some beer. Not high end stuff, but neither is the place. It's kind... More

I visited this bar last night. We saw 2 bands in the downstairs basement area, both of which were really good! The bar has a website where you can check out which bands are playing before visiting, and see if you like them, which is a bonus. Apart from the music, I didn't really like the bar itself. The layout... More

Two small bars, one little hangout by an upright piano and a cool little venue in the basement. Crowded, warm, intense music scene that really gets you a chance to hangout with some locals.

This is my third trip to Paris, and after finding this on my first I now always make sure I stay somewhere local to this bar. It's very much a 'local' bar with real regulars drinking there, but in no way cliquey. Opens at 18:30 every evening with happy hour lasting to 21:00. There's a bit of a British music... More

Great bar in one of the nicest areas in Paris! The Pop In is really exceptional compared to most other bars in Paris: The decoration and structure of the bar, which is housed in small house over several floors, gives you a very cozy at-home feeling; prices are low; and they often have bands playing in the basement. Music is... More

I love this quirky bar, I found it by accident a few years ago and just revisited. It's a bit like walking into someone's house, probably a student house. There's a bar upstairs now which I don't remember before, and a room downstairs at the back for the DJ's and bands. The other weekend when I was there they put... More
