Queues for the Eiffel Tower can take over an hour at busy times but this skip-the-line tour lets you breeze past the crowds and enjoy priority access. Head straight up to the second floor and listen as your guide points out the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, and Notre Dame Cathedral. Finally, continue to the top floor on your own, where you can spend as long as you like admiring the views.

The Palais de Chaillot is an exceptional building. From a distance it looks as if it is ready to fly with those huge wing spans ready to take off! It was built in 1937 for the Universal Exhibition and it is home to several museums and a theatre. There is also a restaurant on site. We first saw it from atop the Eiffel Tower and it was a wonderfully amazing sight.

We visited to view the Exhibition of Otto Wagner. Master of Viennese Art Nouveau which was very interesting. We then stayed to view the Gothic Architecture which was extensive. We then viewed the upper floors which had exhibits of more modern buildings. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the ground floor is also very good.

We reached the Palais de Chaillot at end of Trocadero Gardens. We saw the Marine Museum on left and Art Muaeum on the right.

This palace atop the Trocadero hill was built for Paris Expo in the 30's of the last century. It consists of two huge massive style architecture curved wings which are conneceted. There's a terrific garden and fountain beneath them - Jardin de Trocadero (great Eiffel views). However, over decades they changed their purpose, so today they're housing architecture, maritime and ethnographic museums. The Palace is best seen from the Eiffel's tower top due to its grandeour.

Very large and dominant palace atop the hill across the Eifel tower, but from the architecture standpoint somehow too plain. Still, amazing views of the Eifel tower and the surrounding area. Be prepared for big crowds.
