If you are visiting Paris, don't waste your time on this very mediocre museum of Yves Saint Laurent. The whole experience was terribly disorganized. The concierge at our hotel called the museum so that we could reserve 2 tickets - and we were told that...More

There was a bit of queue to get in despite having timed ticket but once in you could go at your own pace. There is a bit of a wait to see the film about Yves St Laurent and Pierre Berge which is well worth...More

Worth an hour only after seeing any other sights. Limited assortment of YSL designs and not much else that could not be learned from an occasional reading of Womens Wear Daily. The building is the best part of the museum.

We booked a timed ticket online. It wasn't a very smooth process and I should have seen this as a warning sign. We arrived 5 minutes before the time on our ticket - to be greeted by an enormous queue. We dutifully joined the back...More

I very much enjoyed my visit to the museum, but I found that it was too crowded. It tells the story of the YSL and his collections beautifully, and the gowns and dresses on show are exquisite. Be sure to book tickets ahead, as the...More

The museum just opened in the beginning of this month (10/2017), so a warm recommendation is to buy tickets online in advance. We loved the visit, especially the master's ateljée/study and all the fashion/haute couture on display!

The museum only opened on 3 October 2017. I only found out about it after my arrival in Paris and therefore hadn't bought any ticket online in advance. I expected the queue would be very long on a Saturday. Fortunately, I only waited for about...More

We visited the YSL museum on Sunday with our friends. We were unable to purchase tickets in advance, but were able to access the museum after a 45 minute wait. Several films on his life and work were available and very interesting. Many pieces from...More

I linned up on pre-opening day which was free to the public and waited three very long cold hours with most of the women of Paris. The line moved quite slowly and the museum is quite small but I expected all of this. What I...More

On the same location of Fondation Bergé Saint-Laurent is this new museum. Better to get a ticket online because the wait is very very long. Saint-Laurent is popular. It is beautiful inside, a true tribute to his design and his life.

This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive
Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National
museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill
the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher,
florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury

famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings
