Excellent products...excellent sales people, very pleased with all aspects. I went back with a minor detail on the article that I bought,...but not only they answered to my concerns, but they offer to exchange it with no questions asked...not necessary...

Visited their store while in Paris mid-June. Totally loved it. Had a good vibe and very interesting pieces. I bought my boyfriend a bracelet, who I did not think would wear it, but he loves it and gets many compliments on it. I wish I had bought a piece for myself, (next time) ...although the staff said they have a store in Miami and NYC, and, of course you can shop on-line. The jewelry definitely looks better in person than in the photos on-line.…

I'm writing this as a general warning about purchasing jewellery at UNO de 50 stores. When I travelled to Paris I visited the Uno de 50 store and purchased a ring that had a crystal in it. The cost was 59 Euros. Unfortunately 2 weeks later the crystal fell out of the ring through no fault of my own. When I returned home to Australia I contacted customer service at Uno de 50 which is a Spanish company to enquire about getting the ring fixed as it came with a 2 year warranty . As Australia do not have a franchise I had to post the ring back to Spain using Registered post which cost nearly half as much as what I paid for the ring. As I write this review the ring is stuck in the Spanish Post office system with Uno de 50 advising me I need to pay an import tax on it. Uno de 50 are unable to tell me how much this tax might be and tell me it is Australia Posts responsibility to advise me, I have spoken to Australia post and this is not the case. Uno de 50 are not willing to reimburse me the cost of the ring or send me a new ring, they advised me the ring will ptobably be returned as the tax hasn't been paid. If you are an international traveller and thinking of purchasing an item from Uno de 50 check first if there is a store in your own country where you could send pieces for repair, otherwise I would strongly suggest not purchasing a piece of jewellery that might potentially need repair. I do want to say that this at no way reflects the customer service I received in store, that was a very nice experience, but I was terribly disappointed that the crystal fell out only 2 weeks after purchase.…

This is a Spanish chain store that produces fantastic statement pieces predominantly in silver, but they have recently added a gold line. I have acquired about 10 of their pieces over the years and I simply love all of them. On this occasion I bought a fantastic bracelet called Bacado ( gold) @ 215 Euro. When in the Marais you must visit this store. While you are in the area you should also take at look a new jewellery store I discovered on my most recent trip to Paris. Gus&Lou 38 rue de Sevigne 75003 ( see my review for details)…
