Pascal was an excellent tour guide. Could see he was very invested in his work, enthusiastic and willing to answer questions. Was an hour and a half which was short but allowed plenty of time for exploring the grounds (despite the very cool conditions). Had some issues getting everyone hooked up on the audio but otherwise great value. Skipped the... More

Guidatours is available directly across from the train station. We did the VIP self guided tour which includes the Chateau, Gardens the Grand and Petite Trianons and the Queen's Village. The great benefit of using Guidatours is they lead you to Versailles and you bypass the huge lines waiting to get in. They also provide you with an interactive map... More

We pre booked this and were very glad when we saw queue for general admission. Staff friendly. Used their audio guide system which was excellent and also very easy to use.

When I booked this tour I felt it was alittle vague on the details and what exactly was included but I figured it was worth it just for the skip the line. Well it was exactly that. Base: Finding the place across from the station was easy. Our guide Isabel made sure we were all in attendance and then we... More

We took the Skip the Lines tour of the Chateau and Gardens. This was well worth the money as we had only a 5 minute wait to get inside. Much better than the long lines outside. Our guide provided and excellent narrative of the Chateau and gardens. We meet at the office directly across the street from the RER train... More

The palace was amazing. Once at the castle, we did our own thing. We had a great time photographing. There was a Metro/train strike that made getting there tricky, but no fault of the tour company. We were late leaving the meting point as the power was out at Versailles and they were not letting anyone in (again no fault... More

I thought I just bought a skip the line audio tour of Versailles. What really happened that day was amazing!! The office was right across the street from the train station and very easy to find. After a short wait, we got our audio pen plus all of our tickets along with a map of Versailles. Then we were escorted... More

We did the Versailles Half Day Tour and it was well worth it! You get to skip the line (once you see it you will be very happy you did!) and our guide, Claire, was so awesome and knowledgable. She took us through part of the gardens and then through the palace. She is very informative and has great fun... More

I have been on a Guidatour in Versailles and in Rome at the Vatican. They were bought totally worth the money. I would say that my trip was not complete without these tours.
