All squares of Montpellier are different from each other. Esplanade Europe provides a beautiful perspective. But I really want to get out of there. Place de La comédie is a city center with a theater and breakdance in the evenings. People come here to check...More

You just walk around over here and you perceive the world of Montpelier, youthness, vitality, life and colors. Full of restaurants and bars to have a drink while you appreciate the life of this fantastic city.

Lots of restaurants and a busy spot with pedestrians galore shopping till they drop. A fun spot to people watch and then go explore the old town.

A central spot where you can find lots of excellent restaurants. The right place to have a walk and enjoy some nice lunch.

This square is less vibrant than La Comedie although it harbors better restaurants. It might be good for quality food more than a vibrant atmosphere. If the later is needed stick to La Comedie.

From the terrasses looking to rue de la loge, the main shopping street, there is always something happening. Just enjoy your beer, listen to the conversations around you and watch, watch, watch. Our preferred terras is Petit Nice. Try the red Chimay, extraordinary Belgian beer.
