Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were a little disappointed as we imagine this will be a park with free animals that you can visit around. However, it is very small, you have firts a couple of rooms to watch a video and see few insects. Then, you enter into the tropical room and that is all. In this room you have beautiful butterflies, few birds (that seem tired of all the noise of the visitors) and you can do a zigzag circuit but as soon you get more than 40 people is already too much...

Nice visit with young children but also for adults to contemplate nature. Rare opportunity to see butterflies from the ends of the world. Quite a few interesting and concise explanations. The tour entrance film did not work during our visit. Parking overcrowded by visitors to the city unrelated to Naturospace.

Nice activity, rather quick visit but you can repeat the circuit as many times as you want.
We found that we saw a lot of the same butterfly species. The people at reception are not very friendly. The entrance price is too expensive compared to the duration of the visit. The small room at the beginning with the video projector has had its day I think.

A somewhat pleasant visit but which is absolutely not proportional to the price. It is extremely disappointing to pay 10€ per person for this tour. Watching a video then entering a small greenhouse absolutely doesn't take 2 hours! You will have done the tour in 20 minutes tops. This would involve lowering prices. Highlight of the visit: parking was free 😅 Don't hesitate to go for a walk if you ever have time and money to waste unnecessarily.

There are people who don't like it and stay 15 minutes. We stayed for 1h40! The place is quite small but it takes patience and search, observe! We have seen many different species of butterflies, all free-ranging. It's really a small time out of time.

Total disrespect for visitors. The greenhouse is magnificent but everyone has fun touching the butterflies despite the signs not to touch them, signs placed several times in the greenhouse. Reception staff must make efforts in this regard and inform each visitor individually when purchasing entry tickets that animals should not be touched. Despite everything, I recommend this very beautiful greenhouse, with a very beautiful range of tropical plants.

Very friendly welcome and staff. Very successful tropical atmosphere with just the right amount of heat and humidity. But I was expecting something much more important for the 10 euros requested.
It is indicated between 1 and 2 hours of visit while 30 minutes is more than enough given the size of the place and the humid and stifling atmosphere (but necessary for tropical life).

We enjoyed this with young kids, made for a chance from beach hopping. It's not huge but it's well run and makes for a nice hour or so before lunch in honfleur. We went round a few times and got lots of great photos, some even of butterflies landing on the kids. Nice bilingual info helped and feeding the carp was good too. Park and playground just south good for running kids around and the parking is free (if busy), does the beach too.

Be careful, despite an ANCV display, they no longer take vacation checks,
Bring magnifying glasses if you want to read butterfly descriptions on the boards. Very quick, brief, disappointing visit

Thank you David H for your previous review.
I think exactly the same thing.
Well summarized unfortunately. Expensive, overrated in terms of interest, no risk of crushing butterflies, rest assured.
How to attract tourists with not much.
