Visited with our 8 year old and had a great time. It isn't the cheapest, but there are lots of really tame birds and butterflies who will land on you if you stay still, plus lots of interesting plants.

A lovely tropical garden located in a greenhouse in the centre of Honfleur. It's full of nice colored butterflies and birds flying around the exotic vegetation.
Highly recomended and very interesting to discover. For hobby photographers a very nice opportunity to shoot some nice macropictures of the beautiful butterflies and birds as well of the tropical flowers.
More than worth a visit !

We were a little disappointed as we imagine this will be a park with free animals that you can visit around. However, it is very small, you have firts a couple of rooms to watch a video and see few insects. Then, you enter into the tropical room and that is all. In this room you have beautiful butterflies, few birds (that seem tired of all the noise of the visitors) and you can do a zigzag circuit but as soon you get more than 40 people is already too much...

The Naturospace is a small place not far from the port of Honfleur (highly recomended).
It holds a small tropical forest in a greenhouse full of plants, butterflies and birds.
It is amazing to walk around the garden, with beautiful and colourful butterflies flying around you.
Highly recomended !

A really pleasant way to see birds and butterflies up close. It's not something you get the chance to do very often, and if you're waiting for a ferry in Le Havre or Caen, then it's worth stopping here for a visit.
I only knock off a star because it's quite expensive for something that you are finished with in an hour or less, but I suppose Honfleur isn't known for being a budget destination.

Nice but very small, half an hour is more than enough to enjoy, so would agree with many who said it is overpriced. What we liked the most - is the window where you can see real time how the butterflies are born from the cocoons

Lovely place to visit, very pretty and informative. Quite a small attraction though, for the price I did expect more, but it was an enjoyable visit nonetheless.

The price/quality ratio is not balanced. It was quite small despite the large number of butterflies. In peak season there will probably be a large queue that makes a visit not worthwhile. Altogether not bad and smaller children will surely be impressed by the butterflies flying around them.

I have been visiting Naturospace on a number of occasions to photograph butterflies in particular, but also the birds and flowers in the exhibit. The exhibit is well maintained with a wide selection of butterflies around. Love it every time I go there and would recommend it for all nature lovers and photographers. Photographers: Take a macro!

Hello,
Can children feed these butterflies?
Thanks.

Hello,
butterflies are very delicate and it is really better they not be touched or feeded. But you will be very close and you'll observer butterflies feed themselves into the flowers.
Hope to see you into the Naturospace.

Cordialement
