I think the tickets were about $12 each. The paintings were good but I am not sure I would recommend this as there are so many other sites to see here in Rouen that are free.

Well worth a visit. The free app is also worth exploring. It was particularly interesting to see the letters written by the Impressionists.

Unusual exhibition of portraits from the great impressionists from Corot to Cezanne, well displayed with an excellent explanatory film to help understanding, though French only.

Give yourself a present. And the present is now. Go to this part of the museum. Take your time and enjoy. Eyecandy, soothing and utterly uplifting!

Some wonderful paintings of course but no audio available; advised to use app on phone but this was limited to just a handful of paintings.

We were told about this exhibition by our host at Chambres d'Hotes Au Micocoulier and really enjoyed it. There were over 100 painting from all over the world; more than we have seen in one place. It is at the Musee Beaux Arts in Rouen.
