While visiting France from Boston, we stopped by Monkey Forest with the kids (15yo, 12yo and 10yo). It was a very exciting afternoon. We primarily did the Acrobranch with its obstacle courses, including awesome tree top high ropes and tricky crossings (with ladders, tunnels, walkways and bridges). We truly enjoy the spectacular zip lines that top it off. About 3 hours of fun and adventure – it was an awesome way to experience something a bit unique. The park is super safe and you can feel that the team is rigorously trained. At the end, we were even lucky to meet the Monkey! Bravo a toute l'equipe de Monkey Forest!…

This is the worst tree climbing parkI have been to (i have experience from 3 others previously in France and Norway), the site is poorly maintained : plateforms are not straight, already some rust on wires and fastenings, nails sticking out of trees. The site is poorly delimited with ropes all over the places, the forrest is of the least interresting type and not well cleared. The site present other activities as well but everything is amateurish and does not give a good impression of safety.…

There are (I think) a dozen different routes through the trees, each colour coded according to difficulty. My 6 & 8 year olds loved it, and loved working their way through the easier courses, scampering up nets and through barrels up in the trees and then whizzing down the zip wires on pulleys. It really is fun for all ages and there are a few black runs which are up in the tree tops and are quite scary. We spent an hour there but you could easily spend half a day I think. There's a cafe on site and the instructors are friendly & helpful.…
