Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited the park during school term. Lots of people, the park is not suitable for receiving so many visitors. Lots of waiting for attractions, to eat. The entrance price is a little expensive and inside it is very expensive (4 euros for a 1L bottle of water).
The park is very flowery, the attractions (despite the wait of +1h30 for some) are totally suitable for children. Some shows can scare a young audience.
Don't hesitate to get lost in the park, take the time to discover nature.
I recommend the park but rather during off-peak periods to be able to fully enjoy the experience.

Very nice park, lots of changes and improvement since my visit to the opening of the park. However very disappointed with the restaurant few choices and very expensive 2 children and 2 adults 70th without alcohol. Restaurant type Flunch except that the Award is on the menu and not on the plate, the children had chosen a dessert at the adults because for the children there were only creams and they do not like, at the checkout we were counted 3 adult menus and a child.

Beautiful park, nice, clean but we get bored quickly.
Attractions are poorly signposted, the staff advised us not to start with nuts because 40 min wait, result we came back later and queued for 1 hour.
The wait at the snack was very long and expensive and too bad that people who picnic take the tables of the snack. Perhaps space should be provided for them.
Overall, we had a good day but we will not come back immediately.

Hello 1st visit today May 1, 2024 after having a lot of praise from friends about the park and terrible weather, we remain speechless, between closed activities and those lacking inspiration carnivorous plants not very present or vegetation in difficulty correct but restricted staff , public holidays? Start of activity for the park? Non-decreasing price compared to the reduced service we remain hungry to see under other conditions but without us cordially good luck

It is a beautiful site and it takes the whole day to do everything.
We were impressed to have the English version of the park map. We therefore thought that the park had adapted to a foreign clientele! It’s quite the opposite: many films in the shows and no subtitles so difficult to know what’s going on; which is a shame!
We made the evening tour Terra Nocta: very nice show. On the other hand, the evening meal service is poor. There is only one restaurant and one snack to serve hundreds of people: and the restaurant: three options on the day we arrived: normal burger, vegetarian burger and lasagna! I don’t call it a restaurant!
Very nice and polite staff!
Basically it is a site to do if you have time to kill but it is not a must!

Visit with our 4 year old grandson.
Nothing to say about flora and plants.
-Quite sketchy traffic plan, no explanation of Things to do that are cultural and therefore unattractive to young children.
- 30 to 45 minutes waiting for Things to do or shows from 10 to 15 minutes ... Difficult for young children.
Worst hour and a half waiting for nut shells!
- few places to land for a bottle or a food break
In short, it is expensive for a fairly limited service, to avoid in full season with young children

So seen advertising on park
It's good but I think the attractions are not so good
Lack of bins all along and level catering not terrible we ate in the restaurant where nothing is displayed in the compositions of the starters or even allergens the crates are not organized and the blue card device broke down 2on 3 crates
The balloon does not work and in addition it is 5 € more
The queues on interesting attractions but there was nothing that made how long waiting

What a beautiful discovery! Very nice park with many nice surprises. In addition to the permanent shows, artistic activities animate the discovery of the Park. Special mention at the show “Botanical exploration” that will revive young and old. We highly recommend visiting this park. We will return to another season.

A park different from the others, plant lovers will find something for them, teenagers maybe less, no sensational Attraction or high tech. We spent half a day there, but it is not enough to go around even in low crowds. The sets of the shows are well made and immersive. Staff smiling, cleanliness fine.

Bonjour, ma maman marche avec un deambulateur. Le parc est il accessible pour elle ?
Written 18 August 2023
