We got up but didn't get on the terrace. The furniture looks old and not very clean and there was a smell in the café. We didn't felt like sitting down to drink something.

Beautiful views of the surrounding area can be seen from the top floor of the Tour Bretagne. I recommend it for your first day to figure out how many sights you want to walk to, versus taking the tram. There is writing on the outer...More

The building itself is in my opinion far from attractive but the views you get from the top across the Loire Valley are wonderful. There is a quirky cafe at the top which sells snacks and drinks.

We we went in the evening after dinner. Beautiful night views of Nantes. The bar is fun with the giant bird and the egg chairs. The beer was ice cold!

Highest building in Nantes - quick lifts - family friendly cafe at the top - with enormous stuffed swan and "egg" chairs: see picture.

Worth the money though, one euro. Worth the time also to see everything from above. Make sure of the times and daily schedule as it changes. It opened at 2:15 the day we went. I wish they had signage pointing out points of interest as...More
