Checked the website, the St Tropez tourist site and google before we went , which said the only day that it is shut is a Tuesday so went Wednesday (queueing for hours in traffic even tho it istill only mid June) only to find it...More

St. Tropez artists' work is displayed here. There are paintings and sculptures by artists who have lived in St. Tropez and include Matisse.

I don't mind the 'No Photos' policy, but they couldn't be bothered to sell us the catalogue / postcards on show (and raise further funds for the museum) and really didn't give a damn. Complete lack of customer service.

Fabulous exhibition of post impressionist paintings inside the transformed Chapel of Our Lady of the Annunciation. It is also just down the street from shopping and restaurants.
