If you want a sophisticated place, beautiful seaviews, designer shops, palm trees, and a lovely winter walk, without tacky amusement arcades, fish and chips, and tired, old and faded buildings, La Croisette in Cannes is the place to be.

It's nice to walk along the sea and the beach. Quite long way. On another side of the road you will see many luxury shops and cars parked. Good choice for sunny and not very hot day or evening.

It's just a beautiful area to walk around. The boats, the houses, nice cafes and restaurants. There are also very expensive stores which are nice to look at ;-) The shopping streets behind there have all different kind of stores as well.

Simply divine!!! Luckily it was warm and the sun was shining. One of the best promenade walks you can have with the beautiful outlook to sea and the well kept gardens and no litter I saw anywhere. The expensive designer shops with immaculately kept planters at each entrance and famous hotels lining the street add to the glamour. You can... More

All deserve to walk through the avenue. I felt like a queen who walks on the red carpet. Buildings are spectacular, special beaches, a mix of tourists, all in an atmosphere of sun and perfect holiday.

I love to walk here in the mornings during my holiday. In the evening is it nice place to relax and feel the sea next to you.

A wonderful walk along the Cannes seaside any time of year is a relaxing, fun experience. We've walked it many times while attending an annual international music event and enjoyed people watching and just sitting looking out onto the beach. Of course, the street is lined with famous hotels like the Carlton, St. Martinez, and others! Lots of films have... More

Really lovely beachside promenade with blue water matching the sky on a sunny day. In winter without the crowds even better.

I enjoyed the most wonderful early morning runs along the Croisette all the way to the yacht marina and watching the sun rise over the port was something truly spectacular. Safe and clean and a wonderful way to wake oneself up in the mornings!

Cannes is a cute waterfront town but there was nothing exciting about it. The beach was mediocre, the food was decent, and the shops were great. It was nice but I wouldn't go back.
