Beautuful!

This is a short bus ride from Nice into a wild wooded park with fantastic views. It is a must-see and a long way from the business of the town.

The pathway on the east side is nice walk with some great views of the Bay of Villefranche. Not stroiller friendly but easy walking.

Overlooking Nice, the port and even Castle Hill, the views here are simply breathtaking. It is a little off the beaten tourist track, but it's definitely worth the time to head up here for the views. Excellent location for an outdoor picnic too.

Pretty rugged and not too touristy. Not really developed. Seems like a posh place to live. The forts were not open to the public. There were nice walks around but not really signposted so we were glad we had a map. There were not too many people around, just a couple collecting firewood and a man selling lozenges. Well, what... Take the bus 14 and stop at the Place du Mt. Boron. From there walk all the way down to the harbor...

This place has some spectacular vistas over port area and rest of Nice. Can be reached either on foot or by bus. For adventitious ones, by bike.

Mont Boron is an ideal target for demanding exercise, if you walk, run or cycle up there from the Port - the elevation is abt 200 meters. But you can also take bus no 14 all the way. Up there you can start by taking the Bellevue round path in the south end. The place as such is nothing special,... More

We drove up to Mont Boron when we passed it, going from Nice to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Ideal spot for a quick visit as you can drive all the way up (there's a small parking at the top) and then take in beautiful sights of Nice on one side and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Villefranche-Sur-Mer on the other side.
