Amazing stretch here, many stops along the promenade to rent a bike and grab a bite to eat. There are benches to sit on and just enjoy the view!

Walking around this promenade is something that the average tourist can not miss. Sun, a lot of people, interesting sights ...

Great place at any time of the day. It has this unique atmo of universal peacefulness. The only thing which doesn't suit me here is the beach full of stones. I'm a fan of the sandy stuff.

What a beautiful sea coast which is literally right next to the town and to Castle Hill. We walked there in the afternoon and evening and although it was cold when we visited recently it was still worth walking and taking in the fresh sea...More

Gorgeous even in mid Feb when we went. It is not a quiet promenade by any means, busy street touching it. Still very beautiful water and a long coast to walk along. Lots of transport around and nice coffee shops

We stayed on the promenade in a apartment block which we rented from a lovely french couple, and the views were spectacular. Walking along at night had a lovely feel, while bars and restaurants were lively and had a nice atmosphere. Only tip for this...More

Keep on walking! Enjoy the outstanding views of the sea which makes you understand why it is called "Côte d'Azur"! Great for all ages and all means of transportation :)

You can travel to a beautiful family friendly sandy beach nearby in Antibes. You can get a bus or train there very easily. The beaches in Nice are not child friendly in my opinion.
