The Citadelle overlooks St. Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. The views from the top of the Citadelle are spectacular, even on a cloudy day. The are several interesting exhibits inside the museum, including a cross section of a torpedo. The grounds are lovely, and the...More

At least one time you have to walk up there, visit the small maritime museum and enjoy incredible views. Sometimes there are wonderful concerts in the garden, so check local listings.

This is a distance from the seafront yachts and up a fair few steps and slopes. It is well worth a visit though both as a fortress and the maritime museum at the heart of it. At only €3 it is very good value too....More

Not sure what the Citadel museum is like as they wouldn’t let us in the the gog (Ivy). The walk around the outskirts offers some splendid views and the trip up there gets you away from all the protentious goings on lower down around the...More

Fantastic museum. A little bit of a trek to ge to but we'll worth it. The price is shockingly affordable when everything in the town is a bit out of touch. The content is intriguing and presented in a very fun way. 2 hours will...More

Nice museum with many information about Saint Tropez. Amazing view on the Gulf. Hard access because on the top of the hill but it was a good exercise!

Hello, there is a path on the Citadel feet where you can have a lovely view to St. Tropez harbour. Even if the view from the Citadel is of course worth to see.
