Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a lovely tiny, small church. I love the bell tower and it has great bells in it. I like the colour of it.

We loved this Sunday Mass. it is a beautiful church, not too ornate. The singing was very nice, it was a welcoming atmosphere.

This is one of the most unusual placement for a church that I have ever seen. It is located up the narrow steep staircase leading up from the harbour to the town center. There's a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere all around that area that you forget you are near the major city of Monaco and Nice. The interior is very neutral and not to busy. We'll worth hiking up the stairs to go spend a few minutes.

Accompanied my wife for Sunday church service. Had a good chance to sit and admire the church as well as enjoy the choir and organ hymns - it all sounds right in a traditional church.

I don't attend church services or have any religious affiliation but a visit to an old working church is an event worth experiencing.

This church is not the easiest place to get to, but the effort is worth it. It is surrounded by narrow streets, perched on the side of a hill, overlooking the bay at Villefranche. Inside there is a superb carving of St Rock and his dog, and there is a well-preserved 1790 organ. When we visited, we were the only people inside, apart from a ladt who was generally looking after the church. Without being asked, she very kindly put on the lights for us, which made the visit even more thrilling - so kind.

A beautiful church located in the beautiful village of Villefranche-sur-Mer. We climbed the steps up then back down to access the entry doors. Lovely inside and worth your time if you love old churches.

Église Saint-Michel is worth a look as any main town church would, with several interesting features.

The church is smaller and has a more simple interior. It is tranquil and lovely at the same time. It should be visited.

If you are strolling the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer above the harbor this is definitely worth a stop. Interesting architecture and nice art. Particularly interesting carving of Christ.

Church is a nice setting of narrow streets, steps, and covered streets. I please climb up stairs from the harbor.

Beautiful old church in this lovely town. The fact that it remains true to its origins makes it very charming. The carving of the Christ made by a gallery slave
