Excellent afternoon and fantastic, well maintained bikes. We had a 3hr guided tour with Nathan and the route and scenery was stunning! He supported the novice riders and challenged the more confident.
Highly recommend and we will be back.

Excellent; The best in Chamonix for skis, bikes, gear. Great staff, perfect service. In the past I have rented Skis, climbing gear and bikes here, always impressed.
On my recent trip the owner even lent me a pair of pedals when I had broken mine. Legend, Merci

I booked online 4 bikes and they were perfectly ready the morning (each bike with the right size based on booking requirements).
Good bikes, perfectly cleaned and well maintained.
The shop can also provides suggestion on tours and how what to expect in term of battery usage.

Don’t get me wrong, the bikes are awesome and where you get to ride them, it’s worth it.
But, €114 from 9pm - 6pm is very expensive.
The staff are great, very helpful and know their stuff.
Battery lasted all day on eco mode, but wouldn’t have lasted long on turbo mode.
Price aside, you have to do it and Sanglard is defo the place to get your e-bike from.

First time for me and my sons on e-mountain bikes and we had an absolute blast. Definitely be renting again. Mike and his team were amazing and looked after us like we were old friends.

We had a e-biking tour with local food tasting with 30 people’s group. eBike Chamonix was excellent and we got great service from planning to actual biking tour. I can highly recommend them for groups and individuals. Our group had fun time during 3 hours biking tour. Good choice of biking trails, too from easy to challenging ones.

Fantastic all day tour to “Green Lake” with Nathan. The e-bikes are well maintained, our guide Nathan was amazing, and the scenery was just gorgeous. Would strongly recommend for anyone who’s athletic and looking to explore the area with a guide.

Mike hooked us up with two like new Electric bikes. He carefully adjusted them to fit us and explained how to use them best. They are the only way to go in Chamonix.

These guys know what is an e-bike and are very helpful with the families.
They changed our settled and adjusted the size of the bikes for the kids (9 and 12)

Great company. Clear instructions and excellent selection of bikes. We ended up riding to far out, missing our return time, however after a call I was reassured they would wait until we got back when they could of easily charged us. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.
