Wow!! Just Wow!! The whole experience of going up in a tram that can't possibly go where it goes; seeing people skiing or climbing where it doesn't seem like they could; looking Mt. Blanc straight in the eye. It doesn't get any better than this. A once in a lifetime event.

The most incredible views we have seen anywhere in the Alps! The scale of mountains is impressive, and you see real mountaineers practicing their trade. Well worth the cost to travel up and back (60 euros per person). The air is thin at 3800m+ and saw a couple of people suffering from altitude sickness. There is only 65% of the... More

Fantastic day out - so much to see and do. Scenery absolutely breathtaking 💕 We were blessed with perfect weather too. Allow yourselves at least 4 hours for the full trip and step off at the 1st stage fir a walk about. Can't wait to return.

Even if you are scared of heights you have to go, the experience at that altitude, the temperature of the air and most importantly the views are amazing. Try to go where there is no clouds as ours was spoilt a tad by it. You book tickets and you could be waiting for a cable car for a while.

What's it like to look DOWN on peaks in the alps above Chamonix? Take the Aiguille di Midi and you'll find out. Views are amazing, you're at eye level with massive peaks, a glacier, pure white snow and the freshest air you'll ever breathe. I didn't do the "Step into the Void" because I was up there a while already... More

You must do this if you come to Chamonix and can deal with heights! Lots to see while you're up there. It was -4 at the top when we went and I didn't need a coat but worth packing if you feel the cold! One small criticism... it's €60 return including everything which is fine until they are determined to... More

This is a must if you go to Chamonix. It is spectacular to go to the top of Mont Bland. The views are incredible. It will take you a about 20 to 30 minutes to go up. It costs $60 per person to go up which is pricey but worth it.

This is a great trip to the top of Europe. Great cable car ride with plenty to do at the top. Worth a stop half way up or down for a wander and a hot chocolate at the cafe. Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy this must do trip
