As close as we got was Aguille du Midi, which was still awe inspiring. Only way to get closer is to climb it or take a chopper, both are risky. This is Europe’s highest peak, not be missed from the valley or up top.

The whole of the area near Mont Blanc is beautiful, The towns ,the villages and the awesome scenery. My Favourite is Sallanches and secondly Chamonix. So please go and visit these place. there is so much to see and do....and experience

You ONLY get to the top by walking it. There are cable cars that take you close and around but not to the top
