Many great options to choose from. Sadly there's no ski out options from main mountains that aren't black runs, so it limits your options if you're with beginners or young family. Up top, there are many runs and a lot of off-piste too.

The views from the top is spell bounding. One can see the Alps at its best in terms of ruggedness and character. Do take the second cable car as you are same level as many leaks and the views are breath taking.

We climbed the Cosmique Route to the top of the Alps. Heaven and hell were so close together... This summit is just a must have for every ambitious mountaineer. Been there, done that.

Must see in Chamonix. The best view from Panoramic telecabin and from Aiguille du midi. The kids were very excited.

I went skiing on the opposite side of the valley, the size of these mountains is amazing, so tall! And the skiing at Chamonix is great as well

Mont Blanc is the highest mountain in Europe at 4808 m. This is inaccessible but you can go to top of Aiguille du Midi at 3842 m and enjoy astounding views of Mont Blanc. Cable car takes you from 1030 m to 3842 m in about 20 mins. Views change drastically as you move from first cable car to second... More

If Mont Blanc fascinates you, if after-ski is important, if you enjoy steep slopes and long narrow traverses, if you do not mind waiting for a bus for 20 minutes to go to one of the 6 skiing zones and spend another 20 minutes in a crowded bus to get there - Chamonix is your place. Mind that most of... More

I have a major fear of heights but decided to book a day trip to Mont Blanc. After looking at previous reviews I was apprehensive to say the least about going to the top. I was reassured by the trip coordinator that 'nobody had died yet ' !!!!! I decided that I was going to do it no matter what... More

Fantastic journey that took three days. Do this with a guide. This does require experience and good health to summit. Raf Bonnet was our guide. He is accessible through Adventure Consultants. He is the best guide I have hired.
