Thanks for stopping by! You've found Chamonix's oldest, friendliest and best-known snowboard, ski & bike shop. We've been here since 1987, during which time we've been the stop-by spot for every big name rider who's passed through Chamonix - from Darren Berreclough to Jeremy Jones. Our full workshop is open year round for repairs of skis and boards, mountain and road bikes...And year on year we rent the nicest boards & bikes out there.

I live in Chamonix, I am French, ride DH/Enduro bikes, ski and snowboard as well and have tried every single shop in the city and I can tell you : nothing beats Zero G for the service. So : yes they are not the cheapest in the valley but they offer the best brands and have end of season clearances... More

We had call to use Zero G today, having sustained a broken front wheel axle on my sons' mountain bike during an MTB holiday in the Chamonix valley. Initially, the diagnosis wasn't looking like it would be easily repairable, but despite it being quite late in the day, and despite the fact that the guys were obviously very busy, they... More

I've bought my split board and bendings at Zero G 2 years ago. Excellent service at this time and 2 years after, excellent follow up. I've followed the instruction received by Zero G to change the sabertooth crampons. Simple & Efficient ! Thanks a lot

I have had a really good experience with these guys at Zero G, I test rode a specialized Turbo Levi E mountain bike, the guys set it up for me I left some ID and off I went on a mission. I have emailed them twice about the bike and they get back to me on the same day sending... More

Two experienced boarders enjoyed the shop (and the clothing) but went for the purpose of renting skins and split boards to go off piste with skiers and do some skinning This was a great day of enjoyment and they really had fun. They tool the time to be certain everyone understood how to do the boarding and the mechanics My... More

My sons are big skateboard and snowboard fanatics. This shop had a very good selection of gear, equipment and clothing. Very helpful and friendly staff as well, plus they have really cool shop decals!

In spite of our repeated visit to this small shope, the owner, Mr. Green, which probably is an English, has lived in Chamonix, perhaps over 20 years, to this date they have faild to pay us back our VAT/TVA, which in France, like in England, is 20%, for shopping we have done in July, August, September, October 2015, in spite... Hi and thanks for the review. With an international clientele, selling taxfree is a huge thing for us. We do literally hundreds of taxfree cases every month, and this is the first time someone has complained about the process. The procedure is simple: you buy the gear, we issue a taxfree form, you scan the barcode on the form when... More

One of the best shops to purchase snowboarding equipment in Chamonix. The staff are super knowledgable, and they have all the relevant technical data in the store database, so whenever you have questions their answers are really backed up by data. The staff will make sure everything fits right just for you by molding the foam in your boots etc.... More

Great service at Zero G, we went in not knowing what boots to buy (snowboarding) and not havinf any idea on the prices. We walked in and were greeted by J.P who was energetic which helps to sell a product, and helped us through a selection of boots. And helped us to get a better price as it was nearing... More

I arrived in Chamonix having bought boots and bindings together in a uk shop. The bindings did not fit. Doh! So after having a couple of painful days in hired bindings I popped along to Zero G where I had the best service ever! Not only did they sort my painful boots problem with some foot beds but they allowed... More
