Amazing service both to and from Les Deux Alpes. Our flight was diverted and didn't land in Grenoble as planned. After transferring from Lyon with Ryan air coaches the Ben's Bus had waited for us ( for about 4 hours) and got us all into resort later that evening. The communication from the team was amazing and very kind.
Thankfully the journey back had no hitches. Would 100% use again.

I recently booked a bus transfer with Ben's Bus from Lyon Airport to Val Claret, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service, especially from Nathalie. We had a small issue where we initially forgot to book one of our party members on the bus, but Nathalie was incredible in sorting it out. She went above and beyond, taking the time to call me and explain exactly what needed to be done to get our friend on the bus without any hassle.
The same excellent service was provided on the return journey back to the airport. Nathalie made sure everything was smooth and stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. Customer service like hers goes a long way. It’s not often you come across someone so dedicated to customer service, and I’m so grateful for her help.
Thank you, Nathalie, for going the extra mile and making our trip that much easier and more enjoyable! I highly recommend Ben’s Bus to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful transfer service.

We recently used Bens Bus for our airport transfer, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. The bus was clean, punctual, and comfortable. However, what really stood out was their honesty and helpfulness. We accidentally left one of our bags on the bus, and the team went above and beyond to track it down and return it to us quickly. Their communication was excellent, and we are so grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this company for a stress-free and reliable transfer!

We are very happy with the trip and mostly - client service that we had experienced. Our bus transfer was booked on the Grenoble - Les2Alpes - Grenoble route but unfortunately there occured a lot of delays that day on the Grenoble airport (including ours). The Bens Bus team contacted us and stayed in touch through a stressful time upon arrival and bagage claim delay. The bus driver was kind enough to wait for us and we arrived safely to the destination point. The company even had a back-up plan to sit us in the next bus a couple of hours later, but fortunatelly we did not have to use that option.

I am a frequent traveller 5/6 times a season and often use Benbus. I've used them both from Geneva and Grenoble to VT, Tignes Val Disere and other destinations. Best value around if don't mind a shared bus. For less than £95 for 200 mile round trip is one of the best you will find.

We had a nightmare with missing flights and second flights delayed.
I don't always leave reviews but the bens bus team were so accommodating in assisting us with the change of transfer dates and times I felt like I had to.
It was a relief for something to actually work smoothly for us on our nightmare holiday.
They were reasonably priced, nice comfortable and clean buses, helpful polite drivers.
What more can I say, I would definitely use again and recommend to others!

I'm really thankful for Bens Bus to go out of their way to come back to the airport to pick is up (despite us being 30 mins late due to a 1.5 hr train ride delay from Paris). The staff present at the Lyon airport thankfully called the driver and asked him to come back to pick us up at the airport, after the bus had just left. On our ride back to Lyon after our ski trip, bus driver was professional and everything went smoothly.

Incredible service throughout; highly recommend. Updated throughout. Courteous, timely, flexible, informative and professional and that was all before we realised we’d lost an iPad on the bus. Lost property identified and returned without issue.

We just arrived from Gatwick after a 2.5 hour flight delay, the Ben’s Bus team had arranged to move us onto a later departure time and asked that bus to wait for us after the scheduled departure time. So kind and much appreciated! We have used Ben’s bus before and always been happy. Easy to book via the website, super clear information and policies. Very nice people and very reliable service. ❤️❤️❤️

We used Bens in Jan and Mar 2024 to and from Alpe d'Huez from Grenoble airport. We used them in 2023 too. It's a simple, cost-effective service that works. We have already booked our transfers for January and March 2025. We love ADH and as long as we keep going there we will continue to use this service. Communication is very good. Changing your booking is simple - I always pay the little bit extra as Easyjet seem to change flight times a lot.
Keep up the good work Ben - we hope to e using this service for many years to come.
