    Great
Super cheap and convenient way of getting to/from resort. We had to change into a second smaller transfer halfway through, but it was fine. The drop off point was easy to access and staff were really helpful :)

    Great Transfer Company
I used the transfer many times over the years with my friends across couple locations. Never had any issues even when the flight was delayed for an hour. They always waited for every single person. Definitely can recommend.

Amazing! Ben went over and above
Fantastic experience. We booked late so the bus home from Les 2 alpes to Grenoble was fully booked, so we had to book it from another location (finding a taxi from Les 2 alps at 6am was proving difficult and super expensive). We got a call from Ben’s buses in the week to ask why we had booked a return bus from another location, considering we had been dropped at Les 2 alps. We told Ben the issue and he said to leave it with him. 10 mins later we were booked onto a bus from Les 2 alps which was exactly what we needed! This was the best news. Ben went over and above to help us (and he was the one to contact us). Thank you so so much!

    Excellent company
Bens bus is a top company who really looks after it’s customers. I booked Bens bus as a transfer between Tignes le lac and Geneva airport. There was a huge influx of snow causing complete blockage of the roads and disruption to transfers and flights which was completely out of Bens bus control. Despite this Bens bus restarted their buses as soon as they were able to and where the disruption caused a missed flight they reimbursed customers with their full additional flight costs. This was done very quickly and without any resistance. I would highly recommend Bens buses.

    Carnage in the Alps!
If ever, I am popping over to the Alps for some winter fun, I always use Bens Bus to get from the airport. They are very reasonably priced and always coincide with most of the budget airlines coming into the airport from the regional U.K. airports which is super handy. This was probably my third or fourth time using BB as a transfer and the first time I’ve experienced an issue leaving resort. Weather was particularly bad, no surprise as we’d had a few solid days of heavy snow in resort, so I’m not sure what else people expected! Unless they had a helicopter. British and lack any kind of understanding. Despite the carnage from every single bus transfer company, including the major holiday providers - we got to the airport in one piece. Yes, it took a little longer than it should have, but the roads were particularly treacherous and in some cases blocked with other vehicles. Not helped of course by the French air traffic control strike which added another layer of chaos at the airport. Customer service and communication I received from Ben himself in the U.K. have been spot-on. Very grateful to have been refunded the cost of the flight having missed my original booking. Give them a try! You wont get better for the price!

    Really helpful company!
We used Bens Bus to transfer from Grenoble to Alpes D’Huez. Great service throughout. They responded to all my emails quickly and were really helpful throughout. We arrived earlier than our pre booked bus and were able to get on the earlier transfer. Smooth experience start to finish!

Great customer service and a competitive price
Used Ben’s bus for our transfer from Grenoble Airport to Les Deux Alpes. Originally meant to arrive around 15:00 but ended up delayed by 6 hours. Ben’s bus were obviously well aware of our travel issues, as they messaged me several hours before our eventual departure to reassure me they were working on a solution. Upon arrival, the Ben’s bus coach was at the airport despite the delay. Our transfer was smooth and straightforward, for a very competitive price. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Ben’s bus for anyone needing a transfer from Grenoble airport.

I was hesitant to book Bens Bus. There communication is non existent but we did it and the bus was there when we arrived and got us to Alpe D’Huez just after it over heated. Bus driver had spare water and job done. On the way back the bus was on time. I’m writing this whilst I’m on the bus and as I can’t e mail the company directly nor can I call them I have no other options. The bus driver is dangerous. He is tailgating a minibus as we drive down the mountain which he continues to hassle until he finally over took on a short dual carriage way. No issue with the car in front at all. He is mistaking the bus for a rally car. My daughter has been sick thanks to him throwing everyone around. He is ‘late braking’ into all corners and driving fast up behind cars in front and the. Slamming on the brakes. He has picked an argument with a taxi driver and at a Peage still hadn’t used the brakes as we past the 400 meter sign. He continued at speed and almost ran into the back of a Dutch registered Volvo. I may sound like I’m just having a moan but as a racing driver I know what I’m talking about. This guy should not be driving members of the public. We have arrived at the airport. Amusingly the taxi driver is here too. Our man ran off to join his bus driving mates and left us to sort our own bags. Tells you all you need to know about him.

Well the transfer itself started with us standing in a true in the slushy snow outside the locked bus whilst the driver had his legal rest!! We left 20mins late. All was good transport wise until my daughter pointed out , to her horror, that the driver was watching a movie on his phone whilst driving!!! We sat in our front seats watching him glancing at the screen with his earphones on....watching the traffic and the film!!!! Thankfully the film credits came up just as the bus began its journey up the hairpin bends to slo d'Huez!!! Come on Bens Bus...you CAN Do better!!! Road sadly for your passengers MUST be number one priority!!!

Never Again. Yes it had snowed in Tignes and I expected some delay. We'd booked a pick up at 06:35 to catch a Grenoble flight at 16:15. Surely enough time?
At pick up local rep didn't know what was going on. We didn't get any text/email notification of delay so stood in the snow getting cold at 06:35. Bus eventually turned up and left 3 hours late. Very slow down the hill (okay) but then stopped about 1 mile from Bourg to remove snow chains instead of going to Bourg to pick up passengers and take of chains at same time.
No organisation when taking on new passengers at Bourg. Took about 45 mins, bringing a few on at a time, count the number of vacant seats, then repeat.
By then we had JUST enough time to catch our flight but, about 1 hour away from Grenoble airport the driver announced another 20min stop due to heavy traffic ahead. Google maps didn't show any traffic. We set off again and....no traffic. Arrived at 4pm.
No consideration, no urgency, no regret at missed flights. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET ON A BENS BUS.
