you can find people peddling drugs and carrying guns to mug you if it gets dark . may be better place in the day light. turns to be a scary terrible place after sunset. Be careful visiting this place.

I went running here a few mornings, which I can definitely recommend. The many small paths made it quote easy to run 5km without feeling you're running in circles, and the park is beautiful at dawn and disk, when there's a light in the tower and the sky is red.

Pleasant green space in the middle of the city. Lots of trails for running and walking - great way to start the day. Playgrounds, ball fields, fountains, towers. Seems to be very well used by both adults and children.

Took a stroll thru here as it was right across from our hotel. A little disappointed with the lack of, well anything. The tower was kinda neat but there seemed to little else of interest. A nice place to relax and get away from the city hustle and bustle I guess.

The biggest park of Grenoble in downtown, right next to the city hall. Not very flowery, not extraordinary, but a pleasant place to do some sport, to have a picnic for lunch or for dinner. Quite a few young people hang around on lawns there in summer time. It is said to be gay cruising area as well but not... More

It is a nice park inside the city. Many trees and activities in the Summer. It is best to avoid it at night.

It is a perfect place for a jogging in a beautiful green space and around the Rugby Stadium! It is also a good place to study or hang out with some friends and enjoy some of grenoble sunny days!

i stumbled across this park and found it quite interesting. There is a large concrete tower in the park which is quite imposing and really interesting piece of architecture. It was built for a World Exposition back in the 1920s and originally had a lift up to the top with views of the alps. Would be great if they could... More

nice place to walk around, no fancy stuff, no botanic gardening, just a place to relax. Also a place to have picnic in families or with friends when it is warm.
