This park is beautiful. Well take care of, beautifil plants, lots of nature, a river, ducks, benches, large spaces to run or just take a stroll by the river. I loved it.

A lovely change of scenery from all the concrete. the zoo and botanical gardens are inside. there is also some small deer in a little enclosure with benches around. nice and relaxing. would be perfect for picnics in the summer.

At this point in your trip to Lyon, you've probably already covered Bellecour and Vieux Lyon. You've seen your share of traboules and have had enough of basilicas. Why not take a stroll around Lyon's Park of the Golden Head? Not only is it a great site, but it also enables you to see how the local Lyonnaise live (whether... More

Huge park and you can spend a whole day going all over the place. There are different types of animals, inumerable beautiful flowers. Really enjoyed the scenery and different attractions. A must see if you happen to be in Lyon!

Granted the zoo is not extensive but graet for youg children or people who just like to see these animals up close. if you go in the colder months they may have some of the... More

Lovely scenery one of the few spot in Lyon not polluted by car. The lake is beautiful surrounded by trees. The parc is near the Rhone. You can walk from the center of the town Le long the river Rhone and arrive at the park.
