Under construction!

We heard about this pyramid and not sure it would have been that exciting anyway, but it is under construction as part of the new underground network that is being built.

The pyramid is so small, it's really unnoticeable. Add to that the fact that it is totally covered due to the current renovations in the city center and it is really not worth your time.

Under the pyramid, the founding father of Karlsruhe is buried. It stands directly on the main square in Karlsruhe. Unfortunately, currently there is a big road work going on and the pyramid is covered for protection.

Walk past it without really noticing it. I don't think the Egyptians have much to worry about from Karlsruhe. This mighty pyramid is maybe eight foot tall. Think of Stonehenge from spinal tap. Currently covered due to all the work going on in the Centre so I was unable to truly appreciate it. Lovely town though.

I have been to this place many times. The place is awesome to roam around with quite a good number of shops for shopping loving people.

This is in the middle of the Marktplatz, the main symbol of the city. Unfortunately, there are still ongiong works on the square, so you can't really enjoy.

What the heck is this sight? Its hidden away and concealed for now and one can only hope it becomes visible/attractive to see in the near future!

Nothing to see right now as it's hidden away while he trams are being routed underground. Mainly a site of historical significance than much to see !

Even if this were not in the middle of a reconstruction zone, the pyramid itself is neither imposing nor historically significant. If you are in the neighborhood, it is one of the highlights of an uninteresting city.

The pyramid is currently under construction so we were not able to get close to the pyramid but none the less it is interesting to see.
