So much to choose from

Nice market with so many mouthwatering choices. Clean. Tight quarters though, hard to get a stroller through. Worth a visit if you are in Stuttgart.

WOW!!!! What a feast for the eyes..... and the tummy if you have an apartment and are buying your own food.... make sure you go upstairs where there are small shops selling homewares and some clothing ... there's also a restaurant upstairs that looks great but we didn't eat there....

Nice, but if you have visited others, in Italy (Florence), in Spain (Barcellona) or in Hungary (Budapest), you will feel cheated and like you waisted your time.

It was a rainy day, so it was really nice being in a market that is indoors. The smells here are amazing. So much variety and specialty shops. You can find amazing things to do with food here.

If it's edible and you can't find it in this market you won't find it anywhere in Stuttgart. A fabulous place to explore all things food and talk with real butchers and cheese mangers etc. 3-4 first rate restaurants inside also. A real treat for foodies

I live in Stuttgart and love the Markthalle! You must pay this place a visit when you are here. It's filled with small stands of specialty foods, produce, meats, cheeses, chocolates, coffee, bakery, and wine. It's my favorite place to get my weekly produce, cheese, and special meats on Saturday. There are also several stands selling wine by the glass... More

This is candyland for your eyes if you are a foodie......just cases and cases and shelves of delicasies and delights! This is a feast for the eyes and don't go there hungry. This is a perfect place to pick up picnic supplies....purchased french olive oil - which is just delicious. They had cheeses, breads, meats, deli products, candies, soaps, oils,... More

It's clean, upstairs (mainly crafts) and downstairs (food) and with such a variety of nations represented, it's one of the nicest covered markets to go to anywhere.

Built in 1914 , and a wonderful historical Building with his originally character. There are many market stalls with a lot of different fresh foods to buy. And especially regional specialities. Come, have a look. You needn't buy anything, just smell and see.....

Well worth a visit, not just for the building itself. Next to a great range of meat, fruit and bread offerings you will find Italian, Greek, Spanish specialities.
