An incredible visit to a historic and beautiful church. Well worth a stop in Ulm (for us it was a short visit on a trip to Stuttgart). The climb and the church are breathtaking.

The tallest church in the world they said, you will love it they said, well "They" were right. The minimal entrance fee, lets you into a tight spiral steep staircase, that just goes up. Very few resting places, so you have to make way for...More

I believe it to be the tallest spire in Europe. Was a €5 fee to go up the spire. It’s 768 if non stop curling steps which is more of a marathon than you’d think! The view at the top was worth it although some...More

Think the entrance fee was about 5 euros or so; it was ridiculously cheap anyway but I understand why; 768 steps!!!!! Not many places to stop on the way up so just hope there is no one behind you if think you might struggle going...More

This church is simply stunning! We first saw it at night arising from the fog as a mystical vision. The Christmas markets around it also making it a special sight to behold.
