We had a nice stroll around the area and across the rivers that ran between the houses. Very clean and quiet and some lovely old buildings. Lots of nice photo opportunities.

We walked around this area and marvelled at the beautiful buildings. Wear comfy shoes and if it is cold a jacket.

The Fischer Viertel has long been a favourite of mine. it contains numerous restaurants and boutique shops together with "gemutliche" hotels. Views from the town wall next the Danube are spectacular and walks through the maze of small passages between the fachwerkehause interesting.

What a wonderful way to envision years gone past. There are so many quaint and interesting shops, cafes, galleries, restaurants, canals, homes and businesses. Take your time and soak in the history of Ulm and the Danube.

We spent a day wandering around the different buildings in this are of the city. Although there isn't specific things to do just looking at the architecture and style of buildings around here is well worth the visit.

It is a lovely part of the old town, carefully preserved and turned into a touristic attraction full of little hotels, stores, and cafes. It represents the old fishermen town on the banks of the small river, where you still can see old mills, bridges,...More

The most picturesque quarter with wonderful examples of half-timbered architecture, located along the banks of the small river Blau to the point of its confluence into the Danube. Incredibly quiet and cozy place!!!
