We went with our children aged 9, 11 & 13 all of whom loved it. A great pool with rather fast Rapids - definitely hold onto young or inexperienced swimmers! A water slide which the 2 eldest loved - I however hated it! The dark then flashing lights too much for me. A small pool for those who want to... More

While staying in Salzburg, we were looking for an active adventure for our family. Watzmann was an excellent choice! There is a lap pool for the adults, a great family pool with a bubbling reclining area, and a separate children's pool that is perfect for the toddler crowd. The spa complex has a great tube water slide and a number... More

We traveled with children aged 4, 8 and 11. During our vacation we visited 3 different Thermes. We spent 4 hours in the place. The youngest liked the small children pool very much but the elders were disappointed with the single slide in the Therme. A very good feature this therme has is different sauna rooms that are not part... More

I went here twice with my partner and our 2 young daughters. We were surprised that the car park was so empty on arrival. Seeing the price for a family ticket €38 ( 4 hours but access to the sauna and spa an additional fee) it became clear why. Still we decided we were there and wanted to go so... More

We had a great time swimming at Watzmann Therme. It's new-ish, clean, and well maintained. There are five pools (one outside and one inside salt water pools, one for small children, one for swimmers, and one regular pool for everyone. It's fairly expensive, starting at over 10 euro for a 2 hour visit per adult, but we enjoyed it. Family... More

One swimming pool and 4 more pools for enjoying the hot water with some attractions (also under the night sky). There is also a restaurant inside. 3 hours before closing is cheaper entrance fee,

Is a great place out for the family. Lots of sun loungers in doors and outdoors for Mum and dad to relax on whilst the kids play. Multiple pools/heated rooms. Great water slide with a timer which makes it even more fun. Restaurant there so you can go in your swimmers (don't need your wallet as you pay for everything... More

Everything you could want spoilt by being over run with hundreds of kids. Best time to go to avoid this would be daytime during school hours - avoid after 7pm and at weekends.
