This huge park separates the town of Coburg from the Veste fortress. In summer it is a great place to just sit and enjoy the sunshine and in winter it is great for sledging. There is a children's playground, an art pavilion, the natural history museum and just lots of space!

The Hofgarten is a wonderful park for an evening stroll or a great hike to the Veste Coburg. If you have children there are several play areas with great structures.
