Изар протекает в Тироле (Австрия) и Баварии (Германия) и впадает в Дунай. Сейчас Изар играет огромную роль для Мюнхена, обеспечивая город водой и электроэнергией за счет построенных в столице Баварии гидроэлектростанций. Летом на берегу Изара собираются отдыхающие. Благодаря хорошей очистке воды в реке можно купаться. Для меня, живущего на великом Амуре, это только маленькая речушка. Но гулять по берегу речки очень хорошо.

Fiume che nasce in Tirolo e che attraversa Monaco. Incrociandolo nel giardino inglese, noterete che viene usato, grazie alle spiagge presenti, come zona di refrigerio e per fare il bagno. Si incrocia in vari punti della città.

Non proprio nel Centro città, abbiamo avuto l'occasione per vederlo insieme ad altre attrazioni più periferiche rispetto alle solite frequentemente visitate dai turisti. Spesso costeggiato da vegetazione o anche da veri e propri parchi, é pulito, percorribile anche con mezzi sportivi tipo kajak o canoa, piacevole da vedere e passeggiarci intorno.

Langs elvebredden Isar

Vi besøkte Munchen i mai 2019. Formålet var selvsagt "storbyferie". Vi følte etterhvert behov for å komme litt bort fra "storbyen", og bestemte oss for en spasertur lang elven Isar fra Luitpoldbrücke til Ludwigsbrücke ved Deutsches Museum. En flott spasertur på ca 30-45 minutter i en rolig og avslappende atmosfære. Anbefales dersom du har behov for å "komme bort" fra storbyen.
