I visited the Olympiaturm at about 3.30pm in winter. There is a minimum credit charge of $15 if you pay with a credit card (but the ticket is only $7). Go figure. The guy in the gift shop was kind enough to charge me $15 but gave me $8 in cash back. The line getting up wasn't too long but... More

we visited the Olympiatrum after BMW Welt and Olympic park. It was a great feeling to see both these magnificent structures from so high.

Love this area for walks, runs, biking. There was a fair going on during our visit and was a nice 1/2 day diversion. Don't miss the tower!

Don't stay on the floor where lift brings you - go on the roof by stairs. Read the tables, especially the one about Olympic village and the terorist attack during games.

The views are great; good look over town, the whole olympiapark and the former olympic village. Don't expect much of the so called highest rock museum, walked thru it but there was't much interesting to see. Probably it's being redecorated or something. Be aware that they make you pay with cash by purchases under 15 euro. Entry is 7 euro... More

We visited the Olympiaturm on a busy Weekend and it was a great experience. I have visited a few similar towers in the past, but Olympiaturm beats them. First of all, we were transferred very quickly to the top, without delays. Secondly the price was I guess reasonable (more or less the same in such attractions). Initially you are transferred... My husband and I visited Olympiapark several times last year but never made it to the tower - this time, we paid the 7€ ticket (each person) and were rewarded with an awesome experience! The day was partly cloudy and visibility was great - we could even see the mountains to the south. The first level has glass windows, observatory... More

If you taking the red city tour bus this attraction should be the last and you should visit the BMW museum first which is about 6mins walk from Olympiaturm stop. Decided to go up Olympiaturm tower and see as the entrance fees is not very expensive and is worth going up as you will have a great view of Munich... More

Olympiatower is great place to see how beautiful city is Munich. To top of tower drives elevator at speed of 7m/s. Worth of visiting.
