BMW welt is a fun free destination. The cars are the stars as you walk around admiring the best that the BMW family has to offer and dreaming of that which you can't have.....two nice coffee areas provide options for snacks and lunch.

I was just here because my travelling companions wanted to see it. I did like to see the old (original and best) Mini Cooper. But other than that it's just an ostentatious display of motor wealth (my car's bigger and more expensive than yours) Bit of a yawn fest for me to be honest.

Fascinating for any auto enthusiasts, not to mention the unique architecture. Walk across the street to the BMW Museum and take a plant tour.

BMW Welt is great to check out when you're already at Olympia park. It's free to enter and open late. The building is a large showroom with many different car models, some brand new and some old. There is a cafe and a restaurant there if you're in need of some refreshments. There are also miniature cars that small children... More

I liked the showcase of technologies they have, like how the turbo compressors work, or some new car model, games, etc. Overall not super impressive, but still worth the visit, especially on the way to the museum.
