This beautiful church has the largest organ installation of any Protestant church in Germany (165 stops and 12,156 pipes). We were lucky to stop by when an organ concert was in progress.

Lovely old church. Unsure if this was bombed in WW 2 and rebuilt? Much of the existing town was destroyed during that time and restored. I didn't go inside the building but outside was beautiful

Beautiful renovated history . Considered the entrance of the old city which also includes many gift shops and cafes . Preserved and maintained in a professional manner. A must see if you ate in town.

Interesting church, Protestant Church, but with confessional chairs. You can go everywhere and see wonderful glass windows (life of Moses) and a lot of statues.

Fedelissima ricostruzione dell'antica cattedrale gotica, ancora oggi si coglie la bellezza dell'originale. Il pavimento in legno é particolare. Perfect reconstruction of ancient gothic cathedral. Still nowadays ypu can feel the beauty of the original architecture. Wooden floor is peculiar

Enjoyed visiting St Lorenz, but we love visiting churches whenever we travel. This is located in the heart of Old Town. Awesome structure but you can see that it has been rebuilt after the war, It seems that some updates are still occurring. The organ...More

Churches are not boring! This is a pleasant diversion when walking around the town. The overhanging Anunciation is the thing to see here. Be sure to visit the castle and the area around it including the Maxbrucke Bridge as well.

Hi! I guess the other responses bear even more than I had to say. They're kinda complete.
