Worth visiting to see the milky blue color of the river, and a small area next to the falls. There is a Gasthof/restaurant nearby.

After dinner took a circular walk from Füssen to Lechfall and back to the town centre through the park. There is a nice view from the bridge and the manmade waterfall is nice.

The walk up to the falls is amazing as you stroll along the Lech and its turquoise waters. The fall itself is a great sight from a bridge, looking down into the small gorge that opens up right after it. There's a small carving into...More

I'd read reviews that these falls weren't that interesting because they are manmade, but my family and I really enjoyed the forested walk up the river from Fussen to see these falls. The mist was fun for my girls, and we enjoyed seeing how powerful...More

It took 3 tries before I finally found the falls. I finally found them by crossing the river and walking past the manufacturing area with the big white smokestack. When walking on the other side, the trail curls around and you have to make a...More

The falls are a very short walk from the city center and a fun activity with young children... They got wet, tossed stones in the water and enjoyed a good time. It's a great visit to unwind from the very touristy things downtown. I only...More

We would give this 3.5/5 Where we live we have lots of beautiful waterfalls and trails so this was quite small compared to what we are used to and thus the 3.5 rating. Nonetheless, It's a lovely spot and has some nice trails around for...More

We visited on a circular walk, so couldn't avoid them. This is really nothing special, basically a weir. Its a short walk from the town, best to cross and keep walking and come to the lakes on the other side...

We set off to walk here, couldn't believe how near it was to the centre. Stunning and definitely worth finding it. The falls are lovely, we went in the evening and there were still lots of people about but everyone moved fairly quickly.
