I had the free walking tour and I was very impressed by the knowledge of the guide. Also, he was very friendly and fun. I think it's the best way to learn the history of city (and not only of Berlin). Keep up the good work, guys!

The best walking tour in the city! The system of only paying in tips (whilst somewhat tough on the tour guides, I can appreciate that) means the quality of guide is consistently high and hilarious. After doing one, we went back repeatedly almost every day for the rest of the trip. Couldn't recommend strongly enough

I don't know if the tour is good or not – never had the chance to experience it. I booked it on my weekend in Berlin and when I came to the meeting place, turned out that there're not enough people (in fact, I was the only one) and I was told that the tour is not happening. Well, this screwed my schedule but I can understand that we all had some troubles during corona and it's not a big deal. The guide promised they'll return the money on my bank account or paypal asap, I left my e-mail for them to contact me. They didn't. I contacted them by myself, they replied and now they are waiting for some approval by local team or smth. For two months, lol. Tbh, it's not about the money, it was like only 15 euros but the fact that they just spit in your face like that in the center of europe is disgusting.

Very interesting guided tour with Sanderman's guides. Pedagogic and passionate people talking about Berlin history. I did most of the proposed tours and I enjoyed and learned more than the classical point of view in school. With advise and appreciation of people who know the city. I recommendfor non english people, to go with a canadian or australian guide; in order to understand better

This was a moving and informative tour. Our tour guide, Ernestina, really brought the whole experience to life for us. It was clear that her interest in the history of the site was over and above what was required for her job and that she had a genuine interest in understanding the human condition, remembering what had occurred here and what can be learned from it. We really enjoyed the day. A tip - it is an exposed, flat windy site so make sure you wrap up warm. Also there is only one small cafe so you may want to take your own food. I would thoroughly recommend this experience.
