Tour guide was Finn, and he gave us a great tour with history and present day ramifications. Context Tours are usually well-done with more depth than the usual city tour and this was no exception.

This is a brilliant, informative and fascinating tour and 100% made so by Finn who was an exceptional guide. Super knowledgeable and so enthusiastic and interested in Berlin and all aspects of it's history. We were a small group of friends and he adapted to...More

Aaron was the docent for the walk. There were four uninitiated and we incessantly asked questions. The 3 hour tour almost doubled to 5 hours. A’s knowledge was seemingly huge. He never tired of talking about the issues we asked about. We saw important sites,...More

We had a guide named Finn Ballard who is a professor of German History. His knowledge was vast and he presented it in a completely digestible way ( that is some of the topics are not easy to hear about, but he was great and...More

Not much to see but a wall, doesn't need more than a few minutes and always very crowded. Probably better looking down at the foot print of the wall and following that around Berlin for a few hours. Plan a trip around where you just...More

This was a very interesting tour down to the fact Finn our tour guide was highly intellectual and passionate about the subject of Nazi Germany. Along with all the historic sites we visited. I had some questions he happily answered, it was only a small...More

4 of us spent an awesome 4 hours with Aaron Birchenough walking in Berlin. His knowledge, energy and humor bought the old and new Berlin to life as we strolled this history packed city! Can’t wait for our Berlin Wall tour tomorrow again with Context!

We have done many Context Tours and each one is better than the last. We just finished a wonderful walking tour in Berlin with Aaron Birchenough. My son 12 loved discussing historical facts with him and Aaron could discuss all his questions and queries. Context...More

No Berlin neighbourhood is more popular with the young
and jet-set crowd than the old worker's district of
Neukölln. With so many Turkish settled here, the area
became known as “Little Istanbul“. Today the
percentage of foreigners is still high and visitors
still frequent the Turkish shisha bars. In the
daytime, they also visit the designer shops and sit by
the canal in one of the street cafés up and down
