You have all in one. Of course the most important thing is you have over 300 cars/motorbikes exhibited. Either Oldtimer or very special. The location itself is fantastic. 2 Restaurants (1 standard and a more higher standard). But the real life comes in as there are workshops/garages where people really work on cars. Repair, renovate and if you behave nicely... More

Best car museum I've ever seen. Cars of any types and years. Worth visiting if you really like rare cars and here you will have a chance to see them all at once.

If you are into cars this is a must see in Berlin. It's not so much a museum, more a gathering place for all things auto. There are cars for sale, parts for sale, cars being restored, modern supercars, owners classics in storage, modern cars being tuned and modified. See all this for free! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when... More

Four adults in their 60's visited this superb car museum on a very large scale for anyone who enjoys old cars and motorcycles from years gone by and up to modern day with classic cars. Vast array of cars and with prices on as some are for sale and people were buying as we were there. You have the freedom... More

This is a bit out-of-the way… A bit of a trek on the subway, then a good walk. It is definitely worth the trouble to get there, because from the moment one enters, the enchantment begins. Cars from all over the world, being sold by dealers to collectors, are available for all to see for free. There are a few... More

This did not take a long time to do and we really only went in because we were walking past. My son loved looking at the cars on display. You can spend a bit more time if you read up on all the technical information.

I did not plan to visit this show yet came across it on Sunday. (Not many show or shopping center or even supermarket open on Sunday in Berlin.) A nice place to have a look at those fancy cars.

Probably one of the best places in Europe to admire classic cars. It's a little far away from the city centre, but a 5 mins walk from the train station.

Staying in Moabit

Neighbourhood Profile
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighbourhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city centre are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighbourhood in the city.
