Quite interesting...

Shame we couldn't see more of the refractor-but the exhibits on display were enough to keep me amused.Free entry during the day too.

This is situated in Treptower park, a lovely park to visit on a nice day. The museum is a speciality type visit for people interested in astronomy and the machinery used for studying this. Einstein gave his first talk on relativity there, and the history is fascinating. However, probably not suited to general visitors.

The displays were good but very limited. Price is ok for the limited offer but not worth the effort to go all the way to Alt-Treptow. The telescope was also not available to see closely, on that particular day.
