Went there by coincidence. Kurt, the guide, was really knowledgeable and provided us with lots of details about the tower, the wall and what the area looked like when the wall was still in place. This exceeded our expectations! Definitely worth a visit!

Found this by accident after spotting the sign. You can climb the ladder inside to go up this little watch tower. Not a lot to see from up there but it’s the historical context that is so interesting. The guide showed us pictures and talked...More

We went looking for this watch tower as a member of our group has asked to see it. We found it behind some large modern building and next to a road. The context next to the old Berlin Wall is sort of lost. It was...More

This is the last remaining watch tower of the wall, so well worth finding it and paying a visit Very small and can’t believe that 2 people used it get up there!

This is the last concrete watchtower remaining from the days of the Berlin Wall. In my opinion it is a more authentic remnant than Checkpoint Charlie which has become a tourist trap.
