Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great gardens overlooking the lake in Potsdam. Lots of people out with dogs or riding their bikes. Check it out.

A bit underrated sibling of the Sansoucci Park, Neuer Garten is definitely my place of choice for a stroll or a picknick. Perhaps the architecture here is less impressive, but it's still worth to see the Marble Palace and Cecilienhof, while the flower gardens and surrounding lakes will provide great opportunity to sit down for a while and just enjoy the nature.

Even on a cold damp day it was a lovely walk around the Holy Lake. Lots of feature points to find along the way.

I’ve reviewed Sanssouci Park as a treasure and the New Garden is certainly another. It has Cecilienhof Palace where the Potsdam Declaration was signed, Marble Palace, plus some beautiful park space and a a few other sights.

Incredibly spacious and beautiful park. In this place I first time encountered the fact that I stopped and looked simply at the space in front of me. There was nothing but bushes, trees and grass, but this empty zone seemed spacious, well-groomed and fresh(this park was designed by knowledgeable people). There are several historical sights in the park as the Marble Palace and Cecilienhof Palace. I highly recommend visiting both the park itself and its attractions.

There is a car park that gives access to the gardens. These provide good walking areas with beautiful views in most directions. As always in this area there are overlays of history - both ancient and recent. Even without the history there are plenty of reasons to visit - We went out of season but we heard that it can get busy with coaches when in season.

Like the other parks in Potsdam, this one is also very beautiful! On the lake side you can find the Marble Palace, the endless green grass invites you to relax and enjoy!

What a beautiful and authentic English Tudor style summer palace that Crown Prince Wilhem had built for his princess Princess Cecelia.

A historical place where Stalin met with Truman and Churchill over the state of countries post WW2.

Now the restaurant has just been refurbished and open to public so it would be lovely to dine here plus it’s a hotel as well!
