A big boys paradise. There is a great display of railway layouts with great modelling but book your tickets in advance as it does get busy.

Years and years ago, my brother heard about Miniatur Wunderland and sent me a link, ironically saying it was his life goal to visit. So when I booked a trip to Hamburg, I had to visit! I dragged my friend along and neither of us were expecting much but it was a surprising amount of fun! The attraction is held... More

An excellent experience. Our family of 6 adults spent 2 hours looking around but unfortunately, as it was so crowded, we obviously missed some of the detail. The fact that we had to wait nearly an hour to get in, should have given us the clue! By the time we were leaving, at about 5pm the wait was only 10... More

Although this is a miniature railway system. The detail of everything is excellent. You can book an entry time on line so don't have to wait. It was busy at the weekend so we booked a Saturday 5.30pm entry and didn't leave till 8.30. It was noticeably quieter after 7.00pm. Would be good for families with school age children. Loads... Different parts of Europe presented in miniatures. Daytime and nightime 😊 amazing animations, really detailed. We are both grown-ups, spent 2 hours there.

Spent 7 hours here as we loved it! Look closely for the subtle humour in the detail, sharks chasing divers, monks servicing the popemobile, crime scenes, superman, and a couple being naughty in a field of sunflowers! We were lucky as mid week there were no queues and good views. Especially enjoyed the fire engines racing to the fires, the... More

Best miniature place to visit! Lights go up and down as morning through till night and the display's are amazing! Went as a family with our toddler who loves cars/areoplane's etc so this was a great place to visit. Would recommend!

This place impressed me. I never would have expected the monstrosity of this exhibition. The complexity of the traffic and the details of the cities is quite extraordinary. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I enjoyed a whole day here exploring. We ended up taking several breaks between models in the cafe. Not everything is about the model trains. Each layout depicts a different region and there is quite a lot of humour in each. See if you can find the secret evil underground lair of the International World Domination conference!
