I had planned this visit to the Millerntor almost a year in advance and was in contact with Natascha who works with the club. Our family are fans from Canada so to finally be there and feel the atmosphere was electric! It helped that Natascha has this incredible passion for the club, and it resonates when she speaks about the club. It was a day we will never forget. She made that tour so special as she took her time explaining everything to us and answered all of our questions along the way. We just wish next time we are there it will be for a match to really absorb the vibe in the city and within the stadium. An incredible club with amazing values. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful few hours! Forza Sankt Pauli!!

Today we had the pleasure of going on a tour round this wonderful stadium. The tour was supposed to be in German but me and my partner (who only speak English) still decided to go ahead with the tour. When we arrived at the stadium, we waited a very short amount of time at the waiting point, then we were greeted by our brilliant tour guide. He obviously thought we were all German but when he spoke to me and my partner he realised we couldn’t understand him! So he made sure he would do the tour in German but still spoke to me and my partner in English. This would obviously of made his job harder but he was more than happy to do it. Me and my partner expected the tour to be spoken in German because we was told by the lady at the desk, so our tour guide went out of his way to speak English for us, even though he didn’t have to. Sadly, I didn’t catch his name. But he did have a short beard and was wearing a cap at the time. Hopefully, someone from the club sees my review and gives the man the credit he deserves as he was absolutely brilliant with us and he mirrored the clubs ethos and values. The time of the tour was 2:30pm and the date was 11/04/19.

Attended this stadium for the Hamburg Derby.. St Pauli v Hamburg. We were in the away section and access to stadium was very slow due to security checks. The stadium is quite basic and the view was restricted in the seats we had due to roof supports. There was a great atmosphere with it being a derby and fantastic result for HSV !

The two hour tour around the ground is very good, but perhaps just a little too long. There is a shorter version, but not every day. The tour is informative, not just about the stadium but about the whole club and how it is different to last others in the this of its fans and the way it is run. Given that they have never won a trophy, it is a measure of how good the tour is that there is enough content. It is entirely in German, who I understand, but the guide offered to give short translations into English for the sake of a couple of other English guests.

My Third visit to The Millerntor Stadium to watch St Pauli, but my first night Game. The atmosphere was electric for a match between St Pauli and Union Berlin which ended in a last minute penalty winner for St Pauli. The stadium is walking distance from The Reeperbahn and easily accessible.A great Fans atmosphere exists that gives you a real Bundesliga2 match experience.
