Beautiful zoo

This zoo is in a large parc with a lot of care for the landscape a giving animals a natural surrounding as much as possible. The aquarium is also great.

The attraction is represented by some wild animals walking freely in the garden. What I think was very useful and good was the teaching activity: care-takers of the zoo presented the animals to groups of children. At the end, the former asked some questions on the presentation and the good answers were given some very special gifts! Go find out... More

Very tourist "unfriendly"......we don't all speak German, so if this is a tourist attraction, then at least have your zoo layout and signage in English as well........it is after all the universally recognized language. We wandered around getting lost because the layout on the zoo brochure is so poor. I somehow expected more and was sadly disappointed

Very nice zoo, not as big as the zoo in Prague, but you can spend here 3-4 hours. Try to visit in not rainy day.

If these attractions were listed separately, I would give the zoo 5 stars and the aquarium 1. The zoo is excellent and has a fantastic range of animals including a huge ice world with walruses, polar bears and lots of species of penguins. The highlight was definitely hand feeding the elephants (pick up a bag of food on the way... More

Really nice to walk around. Lots of animal feeding times so great to watch. Elephants take from your hand. Bears fantastic. But so were the walruses! Easy walk from station. Nice littler restaurant in centre.

A historic but very good zoo with new enclosures and exhibits. I've been several times but it still remains one of my favorites to visit. The layout of the zoo is nice; exhibits are nice; the gardens are nice. It was my first visit since the tropical house was built, and I think that it is really well done: you... More

Very nice zoo, where most important animals have their fair space and little ones will love the opportunity to play around surrounded by little goats!

Great place really. We couldn't find all the animals we wanted and they were all out of food for the animals, so we couldn't feed them but we had a wonderful day. There were a lot of baby animals so I'd really like to think that the animals are happy and well taken care of.
