There is a lot of information provided. Ages 2-5 may not enjoy as much. We joined a non-english group due to our timing but guide was very accommodating in providing some basic english also. Making your own chocolate bar was the best part...or second best. eating it was the best. Dont miss the wrapping machine at end for your own... More

We (a group of parents, two kids ages 5 and 7, and a grandma) took this tour and all loved it. The guide was knowledgeable, funny, and so friendly, and the tour was so well put together. Not to mention the many chocolate tests along the way and the bar of chocolate we all created for ourselves. It was one... More

This was my second visit and we really enjoyed it. You get a very good idea on how chocolate is made and will be able to get a taste a every intermediate step. There is also the opportunity to design your own tablet of chocolate. But beware, your chocolate buying budget will go up as you might loose your taste... More

We visited the museum in April 2017 with our three small children. They offer tours in English a couple of times each day. The tour is not cheap, but it is a great value. The tour is 60-90 minutes long and very informative. There are lockers in the lobby for jackets and valuables. There are so so many opportunities to... More

We went with my wife, brother and mother, and had excellent experience with our guide - learning about chocolate and making our own. It definitely worths visiting. If you are an english speaker - be sure to book your tour in advance, since they have only two english tours a day

I have been to 2 chocolate factories before, one being the Cadburys one, but this tour topped them all. It followed a logical pass, was interactive (more chocolate tasting than in any of the others), delivered in perfect English and has put me off white chocolate - I had not realised there is no chocolate in that!

An informative and tasty 90 minutes. This tour involved us making our own chocolate bars and seeing how chocolate was produced. Our tour guide,Melina, was very informative and enthusiastic. She took us on a journey from cocoa bean to chocolate bar. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to catch around with family. Kids will just enjoy the place. They show how their chocolates are made and too tempting..

Really interesting tour on the history of chocolate which is kept at a fun and snappy pace. You get to make your own large chocolate bar which you can take home later. Well worth a visit
