I happened across this by chance but very much liked the interesting building construction. I meant to go back for a closer look but ran out of time.

This rectangular shape building is beautiful. Visit it for 15 minutes if you are in the area. If ur not don't waste your time.

One of the places in the city to seek out for a different architectural design. Having arrived as night fell, photo shows the illumination..

No wonder it’s considering one of the most beautiful buildings in Hamburg. The designer wanted to imagine the bottom part of a ship for it and he really made it! The curved lines on the top are the cherry on the cake!

A fascinating architectural building, that looks from a particular anglelike the front of a ship and was really interesting to look at. Also, make sure to have a look at the Sprinkenhof building opposite as it too has stunning architecture.

Lovely building. Its well worth popping down to have a look and take in all the brick work. Its on the tourist track so say you will pass it at some stage. If you into architecture then go. if not, give it a miss. Its...More

A merchant from Hamburg traded spices, got rich and decided to build such a building. This is a stunning example of the 1920s Brick Expressionism style of architecture.
