We had a Fantastic day with Frank. 6 Guys paddling all over Alster Lake, seeing the small channels, houses frem the lake, Frank telling stories about Alster, Hamburg, the Houses and the areas we came across from the lake.
Starting with 20 minutes introduction and the most honest person i Hmaburg, we recommend Frank in all ways.
Thank you so much for giving us a great afternoon on the Lake.

Frank gave us a 2 hour Stand up paddle lesson, this included some safety information, the technique for Stand up paddling and a beautiful tour around the city’s canals. Frank did the whole lesson in perfect English, he was a brilliant teacher, very patient and understanding. Highly recommended.

Best way to experience Hamburg. The lake was like glass so the paddling was easy (perfect for beginners). Frank was a great tour guide as we explored the canals and got a close up view of the mansion along the lake and canals.

Frank is an incredibly experienced coach. He accurately forecasted the weather and went out of his way to rearrange our schedule, ensuring we had the best possible SUP experience. As a beginner in SUP, I greatly appreciated Frank’s dedicated support. Hamburg is a beautiful city, and I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful moments on the water.

Even arranging the appointment went well and was reliable. We had a short and good theoretical introduction and then we went out on the water. We learned a lot, had fun and found out interesting things about the surrounding area, the shores and nature. Frank gave us great instructions, corrected us and gave us tips. We had a nice chat and Frank always came back to the essentials. Nothing like messing around on your own and without instructions! We did a long tour and for our standards (58, basic fitness but not well-trained athletes) we were really challenged. The next day we didn't have any sore muscles, but a pleasant, toned feeling all over our bodies. Recommended in every respect!

We had no prior SUP experience. Frank was a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. We appreciated his emphasis on safety and basic paddlboarding strokes and techniques. It was a spectacular day to be on the lake. If you wear glasses, be sure you have a safety attachment! If you are new to SUP, I highly recommend hiring Frank.

Really great SUP experience at the Alster lakes with Frank. Frank is a great instructor, we felt very safe on the water with him - safety is very important to Frank and explained in great detail the safety measures before getting on the boards.
We had a really nice great experience and are already planning our next trip with Frank.

Frank was a great host who showed me some great sights in Hamburg from the water. Very easy going style and great company as well as giving some hints and tips along the way. If you fancy paddle boarding and seeing the sights of Hamburg, Frank is definitely someone you should get in touch with. Thanks again Frank.

The course with Frank was absolutely worth it. It was our first time SUPing. Without this course, we would have done everything wrong at the beginning that you can do wrong. We felt like we were in good hands and were able to implement what we had learned and the instructions well - the time flew by. Our course leader was a good mix: friendly and talkative, coupled with a certain degree of strictness and a lot of experience in paddling. The morning was the perfect time for the course, as there weren't that many people on the water then - wonderful.
