Not even sure its significance since there is already the more elaborate Gerechtigkeitbrunnen in the centre of the Romerberg square. It is much smaller in size than the other fountain. Unfortunately no info board around the area to advise visitors the significance of this fountain.

There are two fountains here in the square. This is the smaller one on the side. It is rather small and I nearly missed seeing it.
It has a statue of Minerva on top and a fish tap handle at the bottom.
Minerva-brunnen or Minerva fountain is in Romerberg. It is in the square opposite the a City Hall building. There are two fountains in the square, The fountain of Justice and Minerve-brunnen.
